2,000 junior artistes to rehearse Baahubali's war scene for six months | Tollywood CineSarada

Chiranjeevi is the undisputed king of Tollywood till he entered politics. Despite of the season, when ever a film of his releases that film has created quite a sensation at box office. And similarly, Super Star Mahesh Babu who is the front runner for the coveted position too has no limitations in terms of the craze and minting moneyat ticket window, irrespective of the season.

Now, this logic is very much applicable to Young Rebel Star Prabhas who is on cloud 9 with the super success of ‘Mirchi’ which was released on February 8.  With this success, Young Rebel Star has joined the likes of Chiru and Mahesh bybreaking the sentiment.

The story is, though February was considered as un-season by the trade pundits, ‘Mirchi’ has took the box office by storm and went onto become the biggest hit in Prabhas’s career. So far ‘Mirchi’ has raked in 37.76 crores (share) at the end of its three week run and is likely to surpass 40 crores milestone in the fourth week.

Earlier, it was Chiranjeevi and Mahesh who broke these sentiments with their hit films ‘Alluda Mazaka’ and ‘Murari and with Prabhas standing next to them, this season is surely going to impress other heroes as well.

Director Rajamouli is using state of art shooting equipment to film Bahubali. For the first time ever in the history of Telugu cinema, a custom built 'On Location' data storage and backup system has been imported to aid the shooting of Bahubali. The expensive equipment helps to store all the raw shooting footage in one place allowing the filmmakers the comfort of having everything in one box as opposed to film reels. 

Rajamouli though jokingly reckons, "Film negatives were less scary." The cast and crew of the movie have begun shooting for the third schedule of the movie at a specially erected set at Ramoji Film City. Some crucial episodes featuring RanaDaggubati and Prabhas are scheduled to be shot here.

Bahubali set a new record on youtube

SS Rajamouli released the making video of ‘Baahubali’ on the occasion of Prabhas’s birthday.
The making video of "Baahubali" raked millions of views in YouTube. From now this video registerd 1,016,934 views and still counting and sound track of "Baahubali" is also touched 1.6 lakhs views in Youtube.
Prabhas’s stunning look and M.M.Keeravani’s rousing background music are the biggest attractions for this making video.

Prabhas and Anushka are playing lead roles in "Baahubali" movie. The film is being directed by ace director S.S.Rajamouli and Arka Media banner is producing this highly budgeted movie. ‘Baahubali’ is expected to hit the screens in 2015, in two parts. Senthil is handling the cinematography and Peter Heins is the fight master for the flick.

Is Prabhas inviting trouble with Bahubali?

Prabhas-starrer Mirchi has catapulted the actor into the Ivy League of 40-crore club. The lanky actor rose to super stardom with the action drama and subsequently had filmmakers making a beeline for his call sheets. However, film nagar circles opine that the secret behind Mirchi's super success was that the film released without any expectations. 

Critics believe feel that Prabhas could have signed in on any other film other thanBahubali after the success of Mirchi. He wouldn't have been waging risky battles than what he actually is doing now. With Bahubali being tipped as the most expensive film in Tollywood, Prabhas has needlessly invited trouble by shouldering the film. 

Moreover, Prabhas lost the opportunity of signing in on a couple of films in the next two years as he'd be shooting for the magnum opus. 

Baahubali’s team set to head to Kerala

S S Rajamouli’s upcoming period drama, Baahubali will soon be shot in Kerala. The film, starring Prabhas, Anushka and Rana, is currently being shot in Ramoji Film City and this schedule will be wrapped up soon. After this, the film’s team is set to head to interior parts of Kerala, where the film will be shot for nearly three weeks. Several crucial scenes including an action sequence are going to be shot in this schedule.
very vital scenes are shot in specially in  erected sets on all the lead actors. Prabhas will be seen as mighty warrior in the movie while Anushka is essaying the role of Devasena in the big-budget film which also features Rana in prominent role.

Birthday boy Prabhas has been the talk of T-Town all day what with the making trailer of Bahubali trending online. Apparently director Rajamouli was reluctant to release any visuals of the period drama as it is due to release only in 2015. But the director finally gave in to appease fans of the Rebel Star who were eager to see a trailer of their favourite actor’s look in the movie. 

The making teaser of the movie has generated an incredible buzz surrounding the movie. Many fans have been raving about Prabhas’s look in the movie. No sooner did the trailer release, it went viral within hours. The response clearly reflects the gargantuan expectations surrounding the movie. 

That’s not all the newly launched Facebook account of the actor also was buzzing in the last couple of day generating over seventy thousand friend requests.

Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali shooting schedules are taking place in Ramoji Film City. Action scenes on Rana and other lead actors are being canned in the current schedule. 

Baahubali is a big-budget period drama casting Prabhas as the lead actor and Anushka as the female lead. Also featuring Ramya Krishna, Nasser and Sathyaraj in prominent roles, the film is being produced by Arka Media banner.
